Support the AI Commons
Art and merchandise can help pay for research, verification, design, testing, translation, and other work that remains available to everyone.
The library is not a sales funnel.
Educational pages will not be interrupted by product promotions. The AI Commons may point here when someone asks how to support the work.
What may appear here
Art
Original work, prints, and visual explanations made by participating artists.
Merchandise
Useful objects and clothing that carry the work's ideas without making claims a product cannot support.
Where the money goes
A plain account of price, production, fulfillment, fees, artist payment, and funds returned to Commons work.
Before anything can be sold
- Name the seller, payment processor, fulfillment provider, and countries served.
- Publish prices, shipping, returns, privacy, taxes, and customer-support terms.
- State how artists are credited and paid.
- State exactly how proceeds support the Commons; do not imply a charitable deduction unless legally established.
- Keep purchase records separate from personal archives and health information.
Help shape it
Artists, designers, fulfillment specialists, lawyers, accountants, accessibility reviewers, and people who have run small shops can help define a careful first collection. See how to help build the Commons →
