Neutral directory · entries pending review

Companies and projects

Directory in development. Inclusion does not mean endorsement. Entries require dated sources and review before they are marked verified.

A dated guide to organizations whose work may affect personal archives, health information, local AI, public policy, or the AI Commons.

Being listed is not an endorsement.

KISOP has no relationship with an organization unless its entry says so. Company statements are identified as company statements, not independent evidence.

What every entry must disclose

First entries

Two entries in the common format, written September 8, 2026. The directory applies its rules to its own publisher first.

KISOP — Care Delivery Inc

  • What it says it does. KISOP is a person-owned system for keeping the information that shapes a life: the Personal Neutral Archive (PNA), a Consent Gate, tools for doing healthy things with other people, and this AI Commons. Care Delivery Inc, a Delaware corporation, is the company behind it.
  • Why it is here. It publishes this directory.
  • Relationship to KISOP. This is us.
  • Data practices. The website has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts; a machine check for self-containment runs before every release. The one door where a person hands us anything is our own intake service at apply.kisop.com. No personal archive is held on any company server; the design forbids it. The privacy policy is a draft under legal review.
  • Openness. The knowledge published here is meant to be free for every person, forever. KISOP is building the economic engine for open-source communities, one that benefits the local communities around them: community-funded work, released to everyone. No license is attached yet; counsel is choosing the instrument, and the public repository opens when it is. See the registry's rights section and the contribution guide.
  • Unresolved. The license instrument; the server-log policy before the move to our own domain; legal review of the privacy policy and terms.
  • Sources. This site's Privacy Policy (v1.2, in force September 11, 2026), Terms, Build Log, and contribution guide. Last checked September 11, 2026, by the publisher. No independent review yet.

Meta Platforms — Muse

  • What the company says it does. Muse is a personal AI agent that does tasks for a person: email, bookings, purchases, long-term plans. Released September 8, 2026 in the United States on iOS, Android, muse.ai, and WhatsApp; AI glasses to follow. Free for most use, subscriptions above that. Runs on Meta's own Muse Spark models.
  • Why it is here. It asks for access to a person's email, calendar, financial, health, fitness, and smart-home accounts, more of a life than any product in the field guide, and keeps what it learns on a machine Meta operates.
  • Relationship to KISOP. None. Research subject.
  • Data practices and open questions. The agent runs in a Secure VM, a dedicated computer Meta operates, with a Sentinel program watching what leaves it. Meta's VP of Engineering said policy keeps Meta out of that machine and that Meta technically could reach in (SiliconANGLE, September 8, 2026). A Confidential VM, encrypted with a key only the person holds, is promised for later in 2026 and does not exist yet. A training opt-out is offered; the default is not stated. No export is named. No open weights are mentioned. The announcement does not mention health; the access list does. Meta's record includes the Federal Trade Commission's 2019 order and $5 billion penalty.

The existing Keeping Your Data Safe with AI Tools field guide contains dated sections on Claude, ChatGPT, Google, Copilot, Apple, Amazon, Verily, Muse, and health-data connection services. Those sections will seed this directory after their facts and relationships are moved into the common entry format.
